REFUND POLICY
Returns
All of our orders come with a 30-day return and refund guarantee. You can request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
Policy Conditions and Requirements
Brand new products within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. For non-quality issues, you need to return the product to AcuVista at your own expense. Additionally, used products are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
1. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item returned more than 30 days after receipt.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order number, purchase confirmation email screenshot, etc.).
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Delayed or Missed Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your payment account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your payment account company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotional Items (if applicable)
Some sale items are not eligible for refunds. Please contact us to confirm if the item is eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at service@acuvistaoptics.com.

Policy Exclusions
Our 30-day return and exchange policy does not cover the following products:
- Products not purchased from the AcuVista official website
- Products that are worn, damaged, or contaminated
- Products that have been stored or exposed to extreme environments
- Unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, or incorrect installation
- Partial returns of a complete set of products
- Claims made more than 30 days after receiving the product
